Come and experience the power of your breath in this Introduction to Breathwork workshop, held at the beautiful Yoga Maya studio in Kalamunda.

What to expect in this 90 minute Breathwork introduction

  • Thorough explanation of the technique, why it works and how to use

  • Up to an hour of Breathwork

  • A safe space to be seen, held and acknowledged

    What to bring

  • A cushion for your head and yoga mat (some will be provided)

  • An open mind and desire to release the old and bring in the new

As this is an introduction, you may not go as deep as you would in a smaller group or Individual setting.

However, you will leave with an understanding of how to use the breath to change your life and a taste of what this incredible technique can offer.
