Energy healing is for anyone who is interested and willing to receive it. No prior knowledge, preparation, or belief is required. With parental consent and presence, under 18s can receive this healing modality.

What can I expect from the session?

Before the session, set an intention for what you are seeking - emotional/physical release, stress reduction, spiritual connection etc. After we discuss your intention, you will be invited to lie fully clothed on a massage table. During the energy healing session, I deepen my breath as I connect to your energy to clear and balance your energy layers and charkas. I may use other tools including tapping, sound and rattle to shift and release what the body is ready to move.

Every session is different - you may feel heat, tingling, emotional release, deep relaxation or nothing at all. As the session goes for up to 90 minutes, there is time after the energy aspect of the session for integration and to discuss your experience and aftercare.

How do I prepare for Energy Healing?

Ideally wear loose, comfortable clothing and do not eat not a heavy meal before your session. Be open to whatever shows up and release expectations. Give yourself time to ease into the experience as well as afterwards to process and rest.

Many people benefit from weekly sessions when starting out, especially if working through stress, emotional blocks, or physical imbalances.
