Are you ready for deep transformation? The breath is the link between the body and mind, between sprit and matter.

Breathwork is a simple but powerful healing tool. By consciously connecting your breath you can move stuck energy, release trauma, grief and physical pain.

This technique can also deepen your self-love, bring out your wildest joy, creativity and purpose.

I hold an intimate space for up to 4 people to allow for a deeper connection and safety to share, meditate and breathe.

Wear something comfortable, bring a pillow and blanket if you would like something familiar
