Come and experience the power of your breath in this intimate Breathwork Circle of up to 4 participants.
In this 3 hour workshop you will learn about how trauma is “held” in the body, the Breathwork technique and what may happen during your “breathe”. A moving meditation or gentle somatic movement follows before you experience up to an hour and a half of Breathwork. Don’t worry - it won’t feel like it!
Breathwork takes you on a journey like no other - this technique not only releases our unhealed emotional experiences but can also deepen your self-love, bring out your wildest joy, creativity and purpose.
I suggest wearing something comfortable - everything is provided so all you need to bring is an open mind and a journal if you would like to write about your journey.
