My role as a Breathwork facilitator.

I really love what I do.

And I like to acknowledge what an honour it is. I often meet people when they are at their most vulnerable, whether it is because life has taken an unexpected turn or because they are opening up to their spirituality and want to deepen that further.

Both of these states of being are similar, as it is a vulnerable place to be. My client’s lives are changing, sometimes because they want them to or because they have to. I feel it is honour to do this work, as I am trusted to be there and hold that safe space so my clients can really allow their process to unfold.

As a Transpersonal Breathwork facilitator my role is to guide with the breath and to hold a safe space. It sounds so simple as I write these words, but it is big energy work. I act as an empty vessel, witnessing, allowing, guiding and being in deep compassion as my client’s old stories and traumas rise to the surface to be met and released. For me, this is an honour, as I do not take what I do lightly. I have so much gratitude for my client’s as I am constantly learning and growing through being of service to them.

As this is such big work, I continue to be held by my own Breathwork facilitator (who is amazing), on a regular basis, as I unfold and unwind what is no longer true for me. The deeper you go, the deeper you go.

If you would like to experience the power of this simple modality to unwind your old stories, I would love to hold that safe space for you.

Blessings,

Shanie 💜
