Breath Awareness Meditation - Have you been noticing that you have shallow breathing or at times, are holding your breath? You are invited to use this 10 minute meditation to bring awareness to your breath and to deepen your connection with your body. Body Awareness Meditation - If you are feeling disconnected from your body and want to be more present within, you are invited to use this 9 minute meditation to bring more understanding and connection to your body. Can be used daily or whenever you feel called for a deeper connection within.
Releasing Your Thoughts Meditation - If your thoughts are on repeat and you would like to explore what letting them go can look like, you are invited to use this 8 minute meditation to help you to do this. Can be used daily or whenever you feel called for a deeper connection within.
